微纳器件设计及加工研究中心

研究方向:


1、 柔性电子器件及应用;

主要研究研究柔性电子器件应用和系统开发所需的关键技术,涉及柔性电子材料的制备及集成技术,可应用于能源解决方案、柔性射频电子学和无线连接方案、柔性传感器、柔性无源电子技术、面向柔性电子学的系统级平台等领域。

2、 新型能源材料及器件;

   主要研究纳米材料和薄膜的制备及其在能源领域的应用,包括介观太阳能电池、光催化、钙钛矿太阳能电池等方面新技术。

3、 人工电磁介质材料及器件;

   主要研究人工电磁材料及结构中电磁波的传输特性以及基于这些材料和结构的器件的设计方法、制作过程和应用。

4、超声/微流控生物检测技术。

   主要研究基于高频超声传感器或微流控芯片在生物检测、化学合成等方面的应用,涉及传感器、嵌入式系统、图像处理、自动控制等多学科交叉技术。



团队成员:

汪胜祥,博士,教授,硕士生导师,湖北省“楚天学者”计划海外高层次引进人才“楚天学子”。主要从事微纳加工技术、功能材料与器件、可调超构材料等方面的研究。在国际学科权威杂志发表高水平论文40余篇,获授权发明专利1项。主持国家自然科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金重大仪器专项1项,湖北省自然科学基金1项企业横向合作项目多项。


熊玉立,博士,讲师。主要从事纳米材料和薄膜的制备及其在能源领域的应用,包括介观太阳能电池、光催化、催化方面,取得了一系列创新性成果。已发表高水平论文近30篇。主持中国博士后科学基金等项目2项,作为主要技术骨干参与了多项科技项目。


胡敏,博士讲师。主要从事介太阳能池中聚合物以及钙钛矿材料改性研究。SCI论文10余篇,权发1。参与863、国家自然科学基金目多


周偲,博士,讲师。主要从事磁控溅射制备铁磁金属、铁氧体、金属氧化物以及 Heusler 合金等薄膜磁性薄膜的微波特性以及多铁性复合薄膜的电场调控以及在 MRAM 中的研究已以第一作者发表高水平论文9篇,参与国家自然科学基金项目多项。
